Each licensee shall comply with the following regulations.
(A) The following information shall be displayed on each ice vending machine in a place where it may be easily read by a customer:
(1) Name of licensee;
(2) Address of licensee; and
(3) Telephone number of licensee to which calls for service for the machine can be made during ordinary business hours.
(B) All vending machines shall be constructed so that coins are returned to customers in the event the machine fails to deliver ice.
(C) (1) Each such vending machine shall be serviced as often as required to furnish ice vending service on a 24 hour per day, seven day per week basis.
(2) If a machine is out of service, adequate notice shall be posted on the machine.
(3) No machine shall be permitted to remain out of service or operation for more than ten consecutive days without notice of such fact being communicated to the Health Office by the licensee.
