(A) All ice vending machines shall be so painted, constructed, illuminated and located on a lot as not to constitute a traffic hazard or a nuisance.
(B) No blinking, unshaded or colored lights shall be used to illuminate or advertise ice vending machines.
(C) All signs displayed in conjunction with, painted on or located on the property on which an ice vending machine is located shall conform to the sign ordinance of the city.
(D) The surface finish of a vending machine shall be in one over-all non-luminous color.
(E) All permitted signs may be in the same color and one additional contrasting non-luminous color.
(F) No insignia or design of any kind may be painted on or affixed to a vending machine except such signs as are permitted under the provisions of this section.
