§ 95.016 APPOINTMENT.
   The City Manager shall serve as the Health Officer. The Deputy Health Officers shall be the Director of Community Development, the Chief of Police, and such other persons as the Health Officer may designate from time to time. The Deputy Health Officers shall jointly aid in the performance of all duties set forth in this subchapter, under the direction of the Health Officer.
