§ 10.06 SEVERABILITY OF PARTS.
   If any phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, section or division of this code shall be declared unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such unconstitutionality shall not affect any of the remaining phrases, clauses, sentences, paragraphs, sections or divisions of this code.
