Every person who uses, produces or stores hazardous materials or toxic substances at any location within the city shall abide by and operate in conformance with all of the requirements and provisions of the regulations and directives therefor promulgated by the Fire Prevention Code of the city as set forth in § 94.01 of this code of ordinances, as amended, and shall abide by and operate in conformance with all of the provisions of Title III (Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know) of the Super Fund Amendment and Reauthorization Act (SARA) of the United States Code.
