(A) Generally. Workmanship shall conform to generally accepted good practice of the plumbing trade.
(B) Removal of fixtures. When in the judgement of the Plumbing Inspector, a plumbing fixture is used so infrequently that there is danger that the seal of the trap will be lost by evaporation, the Inspector may order the fixture removed and the outlet securely capped or plugged.
(C) Exterior and interior opening. All openings or sleeves provided for the passage of piping shall be properly sealed by caulking or patching with material generally accepted for the purpose and installed to manufacturers specifications.
