It shall be unlawful to deposit in any private sanitary sewer system or in any public sanitary sewer or in a fixture connected to a sanitary sewer, any industrial waste or chemical not approved by the North Shore Sanitary District, or oils, grease, flammable or explosive liquid, solids or gases, surface water, water from roof drains, footing drains or garage floor drains, substances toxic to bacteriological or biological life active in sewage treatment processes, unshredded garbage or other liquid or solid waste detrimental to sewage treatment plants.
