§ 39.237 INSTALLMENT CONTRACTS.
   (A)   If the city shall enter into an agreement allowing a taxpayer to make payments by installments, then the city shall not cancel such installment agreement except if:
      (1)   The taxpayer fails to pay any amount due on time and fails to cure the delinquency in the allowable time provided by the city; or
      (2)   The taxpayer fails to demonstrate good faith in restructuring the installment agreement.
   (B)   Nothing in this section shall be construed or applied to require the city to enter into any installment agreement.
