§ 39.163 PROCEEDS OF TAX.
   All proceeds resulting from the imposition of the tax, including any interest, shall be paid to the city and shall be credited to and deposited in the city’s Capital Improvement Fund. Proceeds from any penalties collected under this subchapter shall be deposited in the city’s General Fund.
