§ 39.002 GARBAGE FUND TAX; MAXIMUM RATE.
   The maximum tax rate for garbage fund purposes shall be increased to 0.078% of the full fair cash value as equalized or assessed by the State Department of Revenue on all taxable property within the corporate limits of the city.
