§ 39.001 COLLECTION.
   For any tax or penalty not timely paid in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, any cost of collection incurred by the city pursuant to this chapter may be assessed as an addition tax or penalty, or both, consistent with § 10.99(B) of this city code.
