(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating the provisions of §§ 34.050 through 34.057 or executive order issued pursuant thereto shall be guilty of an offense against the city, and shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $750. In addition, any cost of collection may be assessed in accordance with § 10.99(B) of this city code.
