§ 156.073 STREET LAYOUT.
   (A)   The streets shall be curved wherever possible to provide a gentle curvilinear street pattern.
   (B)   The streets shall be located wherever possible to preserve the natural elements of the site, as well as those of surrounding properties.
   (C)   The creation of through lots, lots with street frontage on two sides and the alignment of streets adjacent to each other in a linear manner should be avoided.
   (D)   Further, the number of new intersections with existing and proposed major or secondary arterials and collector/distributor streets shall be kept to a minimum.
