(A) The following standards shall be considered by the Plan Commission and City Council in reviewing all proposed subdivisions and all associated site, landscape and building plans.
(B) These standards are intended to guide the applicant in the development of proposed subdivision plats and site and building plans, as well as to provide a standard of review for the city.
(C) The standards are intended to encourage the development of subdivisions that are compatible with the unique character, natural features, spaciousness and ambiance of existing development of the city.
