§ 153.61 UNLIGHTED TEMPORARY ADVERTISING SIGNS.
   (A)   An unlighted temporary advertising sign is permitted for no more than 15 consecutive days, five times per calendar year, for the purpose of announcement of a sale or sale item, but only if the sign does not exceed ten square feet in sign area, and is placed or hung in one window per facade.
   (B)   A storefront window that is physically divided into multiple panes, and therefore does not allow for adequate and appropriate window space for one sign of ten square feet in size, may utilized multiple contiguous smaller signs having a maximum aggregate sign area of ten square feet.
   (C)   A dated sign permit provided by the city shall be firmly affixed to each temporary advertising sign for the duration of the display of said sign.
