§ 153.25 SIGN CONDITION AND MAINTENANCE.
   (A)   All signs, and all parts thereof, shall be maintained in a good and workmanlike condition.
   (B)   Lettering shall be cleanly maintained and legible. Faded, peeling, and broken lettering will not be permitted and must be brought to standard requirements as soon as reasonably possible.
   (C)   Notice of deficiency must be remedied within 30 days.
