§ 152.16 EFFECTIVE AREA.
   The Official Plan of the city shall be in full force and effect within the city and in unincorporated areas within one and one-half miles of the city, from and after February 11, 1963, the date of the recording of this ordinance with the Recorder of Deeds of the county.
