(A) The fee for a grading permit associated with new building construction shall be as set from time to time by motion, resolution or ordinance of the City Council, provided that such amount shall be as set out in the fee schedule. The fee for a grading permit not associated with new building construction shall be as set from time to time by motion, resolution or ordinance of the City Council, provided that such amount shall be as set out in the fee schedule.
(B) The fee for a waiver of a grading permit shall be as set from time to time by motion, resolution or ordinance of the City Council, provided that such amount shall be as set out in the fee schedule.
(C) Where an existing grading plan is to be revised, a new grading permit shall be requested for a fee as set from time to time by motion, resolution or ordinance of the City Council, provided that such amount shall be as set out in the fee schedule.
(D) A financial guarantee, in the form of cash, certified check, bond or letter of credit will be required for all site grading permits. Subject to the provisions of § 150.153 of this code, this financial guarantee shall be returned in the event that all grading activities and required landscaping are completed within one year (unless a longer period of time is expressly authorized in the grading permit or other city approval), inspected and approved in accordance with the grading permit. The amount of this financial guarantee shall be as set from time to time by motion, resolution or ordinance of the City Council, provided that such amount shall not be less than an amount as set by Council per acre of development.
