Existing drive approaches shall be considered to be in compliance with this subchapter and need not be brought into compliance with the several provisions of the this subchapter except in cases where such drive approaches are replaced, significantly altered or reconstructed, and in such cases which create a public nuisance or interfere with public drainage facilities.
