Drive approach permit fees shall be as follows:
For all new drive approaches in the residential zoned districts | Shall be in accordance with the most recent fee schedule approved by the City Council and on file in the Office of the Director of Community Development |
For drive approaches in general residence zoned districts | Same as above |
For new drive approaches in office and business zoned districts | Same as above |
For all resurfacing work or reconstruction of an existing drive approach | Shall be 1/2 of the applicable fee for new construction |
