§ 150.481 UNLAWFUL TO OPERATE OR MOVE VEHICLES OR EQUIPMENT OVER, ACROSS OR UPON CURBS, PARKWAYS AND SIDEWALKS.
   No person shall operate or move any vehicle, or equipment intended for the purpose of construction, excavation, grading or clearing from the roadway to private property over, across or upon any curb, parkway or sidewalk of the city, except by way of duly authorized drive approach, except when permitted to do otherwise by an authorized representative of the city. This prohibition shall not apply to the equipment of the city, such as grass mowers and snow plows or to equipment of that type privately owned and operated for maintenance purposes.
