§ 150.467 COMPLIANCE.
   Any antenna in place on the effective date of this subchapter which has been installed pursuant to a city building permit, issued prior to May 3, 1982, is deemed to be in compliance with this subchapter. All other antennas shall immediately comply with this subchapter.
