Whether approved by the Director of Community Development or the Building Review Board, requests for permits shall include as part of the application, all items generally required for Building Review Board approval plus the following:
(A) Plot plan showing proposed location and dish projection at extremes of the satellite band to be viewed:
(1) This requirement will be satisfied by drawing radial lines from a point representing the pivot point of the dish, to each end of the satellite band, drawing a line perpendicular to each radial at a distance, scaled to the distance between the rim of the dish to the pivot point;
(2) Each perpendicular line should be scaled to the diameter of the dish, to show its maximum projection on the plan at the extremes of its satellite scan;
(3) Compass directions will be adequate for this requirement; and
(4) Note: The typical drawings, Exhibit 1 and Exhibit 2, at the end of this section, may be used to graphically interpret regulations of this section.
(B) Plans and specifications for the installation, including elevations, dish configuration, mount, foundation and any motorization, fencing, shed or other proposed housing;
(C) Complete description of any vegetation on the property;
(E) Location of principal structures on adjacent lots.
