§ 150.464 PROCEDURE.
   (A)   If the staff refers an application for permit to the Building Review Board, application forms may be obtained from the Office of the Director of Community Development.
   (B)   In such cases, applications shall be reviewed by the Building Review Board, and if applicable, the City Council, in accordance with the rules and regulations as shall be established by the Building Review Board from time to time.
