§ 150.461 INSTALLATION.
   All installations of satellite antennas shall be considered extraordinary structures and may only be installed after such structure has been approved by the Director of Community Development, or if deemed necessary, by the Building Review Board, and a building permit has been obtained prior to commencing installation.
