(A) The plan review and building permit fee for residential swimming pool construction shall be in accordance with the most recent fee schedule, approved by the City Council, on file in the Office of the Director of Community Development.
(B) The plan review and building permit fee for public pool construction shall be in accordance with the most recent fee schedule, approved by the City Council, on file in the Office of the Director of Community Development.
(C) The plan review and building permit fee for whirlpools, spas, hot tubs, therapy pools, soakers and similar structures shall be in accordance with the most recent fee schedule, approved by the City Council, on file in the Office of the Director of Community Development.
(D) The plumbing permit fee for pool piping shall be in accordance with the most recent fee schedule, approved by the City Council, on file in the Office of the Director of Community Development.
(E) The electrical permit fee shall be in accordance with the most recent fee schedule, approved by the City Council, on file in the Office of the Director of Community Development.
(F) The fence permit fee shall be in accordance with the most recent fee schedule, approved by the City Council, on file in the Office of the Director of Community Development.
