§ 32.053 ORGANIZATION; MEETINGS; COMPENSATION.
   (A)   The Chairperson is appointed by the Mayor, subject to approval of the City Council, from the three members. A majority of the Board shall constitute a quorum for the conduct of all business. The city’s Director of Human Resources serves as Secretary to the Board.
   (B)   The members of the Board and the Secretary of the Board shall serve without compensation unless such compensation is approved and provided for by the City Council.
