§ 32.050 CREATION; COMPOSITION.
   There is hereby created a Board of Fire and Police Commissioners for the city, consisting of three members, pursuant to 65 ILCS 5/10-2.1 and the city’s home rule authority under Article VII, § 6 of the Illinois Constitution.
