§ 150.350 REQUIRED: RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   The Chief Electrical Inspector or his or her duly authorized designee, shall make all inspections necessary to ensure compliance with the ordinances, rules and regulations of this city with respect to the installation, alteration or repair of electrical equipment therein. The Chief Electrical Inspector, or his or her duly authorized designee, shall have the right during reasonable hours to enter any building in the discharge of official duties, or for the purpose of making any inspection or test of the installation, alteration or repair of electrical equipment contained therein, and shall have the authority to cause the turning off of any electrical switch or the disconnection of any electrical wire or equipment where the electrical currents transmitted thereby present a danger to life and property or may interfere with the work of the Fire Department.
