§ 32.001 ESTABLISHMENT.
   (A)   There shall be and is hereby established and created a Fire Department, consisting of a Fire Chief, Deputy Fire Chiefs and such other officers and members of said Fire Department as may from time to time be provided for by the Mayor and City Council.
   (B)   The Fire Chief shall be chief of the Department and have control and supervision over same, subject to the supervision of the Mayor.
