Each of the members of the Commission should be qualified by training and experience to pass upon matters falling under the jurisdiction of the Commission. The members of the Commission should have knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: structural engineering, building construction, plumbing, building systems and materials, electrical engineering, lighting and life safety.
