§ 150.040 APPROVAL OF DISTRESSED BUILDING PLAN.
   (A)   Review of distressed building plan. The Director shall review the proposed distressed building plan in accordance with the standards outlined in division (B) below. The Director shall serve notice to the owner of the distressed building approving or disapproving said plan.
   (B)   Standards for plan approval. In considering the appropriateness of a distressed building plan, the Director shall consider the following and make written findings as to each:
      (1)   The purposes of this subchapter and intent of the City Council to minimize the time a building is boarded or otherwise distressed;
      (2)   The effect of the condition of the building and premises on adjoining properties and surrounding neighborhood;
      (3)   The length of time the building has been distressed;
      (4)   The presence of any public nuisances on the property; and
      (5)   The likelihood that the plan will prevent or ameliorate the condition(s) it is designed to address.
   (C)   Authority to modify plan. The Director shall, upon written notice to the distressed building owner, have the right to modify the distressed building plan by modifying the dates of performance, the proposed methods of action or by imposing additional requirements consistent with the city code to protect the public health, safety or welfare.
