§ 150.036 DECLARED TO BE NUISANCE.
   (A)   Any dangerous building in the city, as defined in § 150.035 is hereby declared to be a nuisance.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to maintain or permit the existence of any dangerous building in the city.
