(A) No person shall willfully or maliciously cut, write upon, injure, deface, tear or destroy any property or materials belonging to the public library.
(B) No person shall willfully or maliciously commit any injury upon the public library or upon the grounds, buildings, furniture, fixtures or other property thereof.
(C) No person shall fail to return any materials or media belonging to the public library, according to the requirements of the by-laws duly made and adopted by the directors of such library for the government thereof.
