§ 130.53 PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR UNPAID PENALTIES.
   The parent of a minor shall be liable for any fine, condition or restriction or reparation imposed by a court of competent jurisdiction upon such minor for a violation of any provision of the city code.
