§ 130.50 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MINOR. A person under the age of 18 years, except in the case of alcohol-related offenses, in which case, a MINOR is defined as a person under the age of 21 years.
   PARENT. A person who is a natural or adoptive parent of a minor, or a person appointed guardian, or given custody of a minor by a court of competent jurisdiction.
