Travel trailers and travel vehicles are exempt from the provisions of this chapter if they are placed in any of the areas listed in § 153.014 and further they meet the following criteria:
(A) License. Have current licenses required for highway use;
(B) Highway ready requirement. Are highway ready meaning on wheels or the internal jacking system, are attached to the site only by quick disconnect type utilities commonly used in campgrounds and trailer parks and the travel trailer/travel vehicle has no attached permanent structural type additions; and
(C) Permitted use. The travel trailer or travel vehicle and associated use must be permitted in any pre-existing, underlying zoning use district.
