§ 153.014 EXEMPTED AREAS FOR THE PLACEMENT OF TRAVEL/RECREATIONAL VEHICLES.
   The following areas are exempted from placement requirements for travel trailers and travel trailers:
   (A)   Lots of record. Individual lots or parcels of record;
   (B)   Parks and campgrounds. Existing commercial recreational vehicle parks or campgrounds; and
   (C)   Special associations. Existing condominium type associations.
