**   Roof-mounted solar energy systems are permitted by right in all districts.
   Ground-mounted solar energy systems are permitted by right as an accessory use in all A-1, R-1, R-2, R-3, RR Zones. Ground-mounted solar energy systems are permitted in all Business Zones, Highway Service and Industrial Zones as an accessory use by special exception only. Meeting the provisions of § 154.043.
