All food-service establishments and mobile food-service establishments which are hereafter construed or altered shall conform with the applicable requirements set forth in § 112.03 above. Properly prepared plans and specifications shall be submitted to and approved by the Health Officer before any construction work is begun. Plans required to be submitted under this section shall be drawn to scale.
