§ 112.03 FOOD PREPARATION ESTABLISHMENTS OR GROCERIES; MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Indiana State Department of Health. All food-service establishments, mobile food-service establishments and temporary food-service establishments shall comply with the minimum requirements specified by the Indiana State Department of Heath as now provided in 410 I.A.C. 7-20.
   (B)   Incorporation. Any regulation and any changes and amendments thereto which may be hereafter adopted or promulgated are by reference incorporated herein and made a part hereof, two copies of which are on file in the Office of the County Clerk of Lake County, Indiana for public inspection.
