§ 94.67 SALVAGING; SCAVENGING PROHIBITED.
   Salvaging, by the operator, shall be organized so that it will not interfere with prompt sanitary disposal of refuse or create unsightly conditions or health hazards. All salvage materials must be removed from the disposal area at least once every two weeks. Scavenging shall not be permitted.
