§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a punishable violation and, upon conviction, the violator shall be subject to the following fine rate: The first offense by a fine of not more than $500; for the second and each subsequent offense by a fine of not more than $2,500. Each day after the expiration of the time limit for abating insanitary conditions and completing improvements to abate those conditions as ordered by the County Board of Health, or by the duly appointed Health Officer of the county, shall constitute a distinct and separate offense.
