§ 94.60 CONDITIONS CAUSING POLLUTION PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Sanitary landfill operations shall be designed and operated so that conditions of pollution will not be created.
   (B)   Pollution of the ground and surface waters, soils, and air are prohibited.
