§ 31.128 DEFINITIONS.
   (A)   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      BOARD. The Lake County Data Processing Agency Board.
      BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS. The Lake County Board of Commissioners.
      COUNCIL. The Lake County Council.
      DIRECTOR. The Director of the Lake County Data Processing.
      LAW. U.S. Constitution, Indiana Constitution.
   (B)   The definitions in I.C. 36-1-2 shall apply unless otherwise defined.
