§ 31.082 STATE AND FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS.
   The Department shall adhere strictly to any requirements of any state or federal agencies which have jurisdiction over the source of the funds being loaned. State or federal requirements shall not be modified or waived without authorization from the state or federal agency having jurisdiction.
