§ 31.077 REIMBURSEMENT; ALLOWANCE.

   An Economic Development Commissioner is not entitled to any salary, but is entitled to:

   (A)   Reimbursement for expenses necessarily occurred in the performance of his or her duty; and

   (B)   A per diem allowance for each day he or she attends a Commission meeting if that allowance:

      (1)   Does not exceed the per diem allowance for members of the Indiana General Assembly; and

      (2)   Is authorized by the County Council.
