§ 31.071 APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS.

   (A)   The members of the County Economic Development Commission shall be appointed by the County Executive, the Board of Commissioners.

   (B)   The selection of the members of the County Economic Development Commission shall be as follows:

      (1)   One of the members shall be selected by the County Executive, the Board of Commissioners;

      (2)   One shall be nominated by the County Fiscal Body, the County Council; and

      (3)   One shall be nominated by the fiscal body of the most populous municipality located in the county, the Common Council of Gary, Indiana.
