§ 31.030 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BOARD. The Board of Commissioners of Lake County.
   DEPARTMENT. The Lake County Public Works Department established under this chapter.
