§ 36.16 MEETINGS.
   The County Council shall meet in public session on the second Tuesday of each month. At the monthly meeting in January of each year, the Council President as elected under § 36.15 shall designate the time meetings are to be held for the remainder of that calendar year and for January of the following year.
